While the Services are designed for businesses and individuals over the age of 18, we recognize that the Wind4Tune platform may be used by individuals who have not reached this age, especially in connection with educational institutions to create virtual spaces with events that include students under the age of 18 (each a “Child”). In such cases, the host institution is responsible for managing the Child data privacy and collecting consents as may be required by law. Wind4Tune will never intentionally use Child personal data for its own purposes or to serve advertisements. Except as otherwise set forth in this section, Wind4Tune does not knowingly collect Personal Information from Children under the age of 18. If you are under 13, you should not use or attempt to use the Services or send any information about yourself to Wind4Tune. If we discover that we have directly collected information from a Child under the age of 13, we will take the appropriate measures to promptly remove that information from our Services.
